You guys, I’m going to admit – I’m a little obsessed right now with ordering a ton of things from Shein and trying them on. Luckily this little obsession has resulted in a ton of new Shein fall favorites for work. It’s is so affordable. Plus, I am getting better at picking my correct size from the beginning (more on that here) and they are getting better at shipping items quickly. It’s increasingly easy for me to place a large order from Shein and have confidence that the money won’t be wasted.

Two of the items in this outfit are from my most recent Shein haul and man…almost everything in this haul was a WINNER! I couldn’t wait to try them and wore them to work the next day.

As I said above, I couldn’t wait to wear this great orange coat and bow top. I loved the outfit I created so much that I cornered husband when he came home and asked him to shoot some pics of the outfit really quickly!

Some tips when ordering from Shein:
You can see my full post on tips for ordering online in THIS POST. I include a section specifically on Shein, but for now:
- Check the measurements and read the reviews – This will help you order the correct size. Rarely do I actually order the size I typically wear in US clothing.
- Expect that not everything will be perfect. Usually with a large order I send at least one item, maybe two, back. Of course, I’m fine with this because I got the fun of trying it out and then I can send it back and try something else without having to spend more money! Shein has free returns (and they’re easy). So, as long as you’ll remember to send it back, there’s really no risk in ordering.

I know, right!?! I was SO happy with it! Even though it’s unlined, it’s the perfect amount of warmth for fall weather around here. I’ve been really happy with everything I’ve ordered lately from Shein! Maybe it’s because I have adjusted expectations for what I’m going to get but when it comes I can’t believe what I’m able to get for the price! You should definitely take a look!

Whohoo! I’m so glad the mascara worked out for you! Youtubers always call things their “holy grail” products and I totally get it with that L’Oreal mascara! When I think about it I see one of the scenes from Monty Python where the clouds open up and the mascara descends from the sky in place of the Holy Grail. lol, but it’s awesome and I’m glad it worked for you too!

I know, right?! I was so excited about this coat because I can’t just drop $150 on a coat just because I want an orange accent every once in a while! Thanks for noticing my hair! I kept seeing pictures of myself with all the grays and even though I get that it’s part of aging, and even though I love the curled-hair look, I wanted to do something to feel younger. The hair dresser said chop it off and get some highlights! So, that’s what I did!
I was always feeling let down by my Shein orders, but you are making me want to place one again! I love that blouse on you, and I’m excited to see the leopard dress and plaid blazer.

That’s how I felt about Shein too for a long time! Then last Christmas I made an order and got one of my favorite tops of all time. This fall I thought, you know…I’m gonna take a risk and order a whole bunch of items and just see how they turn out. I was really pleased and my second order was the same! The leopard dress is next on the blog and the plaid blazer is GREAT quality material. I’ve been wearing it non-stop as a jacket for fall! It’s the perfect thickness for this cool weather we’ve gotten.

Yes! Absolutely! I tried the dress on for the first time in Instastories and was so surprised by it! The fit was so slimming! If this horrid storm we have hitting us can let up I will shoot the leopard dress this weekend!
